RUNNING LATE?
We understand than delays can occur and we will do all we can to accommodate guests who arrive after the allocated booking time. However, to ensure other guests are not delayed we may have to adjust your food order time. Please telephone the restaurant if you think you might be arriving late Tel: 612355.
If we have not had notification 20 minutes after your booking time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and offer the table to another party.
RELAYS
Owing to the small size of the dining room, at busy times you may be offered a table which has the condition of vacating by a specific time. Usually to vacate by 8.15pm if arriving at 6.30pm. We kindly ask that if you have accepted a booking on these terms you are able to vacate no later than the time specified to allow the table to be prepared for the following guests.
DEPOSITS
For parties 8+, Special Events, and private functions, we kindly require a deposit of £10pp. Deposits are non-refunable and will be taken at the time of booking or within an agreed time. Until a deposit is paid bookings will remain unconfirmed.
Exceptions will be made if the table or space can be relet to another customer. Alternatively restaurant vouchers to the value of the deposit may be offered.
AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
We understand that plans change all the time. If you have a reason to cancel your table reservation or wish to amend the time or number of guests, we kindly ask that you notify the restaurant as soon as possible. Tel: 612355. Emails and Answer Machine messages may not always be acknowledged within 24hrs of arrival.
CORKAGE
We are fully licenced and stock a handpicked selection of wines, chanpagnes, spirits and soft drinks. If you wish to bring your own wine or champagne we apply a corkage fee of £15 per bottle. This also covers the use of glassware.
GUESTS WITH SPECIAL DIETS OR ALLERGIES
We will do all we can to accommodate guests who have particular dietary requirements or food allergies. It is important that you notify the restaurant when booking and when ordering. Our staff/chefs are able to answer any questions about ingredients within our dishes should you be unsure of suitability.
